Who is your favourite person to spend time with and why?
My wife Cindy. She has been my best friend for 40 years!
What is your favourite local store in Kelowna and why?
Hmmm, not much of a shopper. My wife and I do really enjoy The Keg. We have been going there since the 70’s.

Reliable
If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?
California, Los Angeles area. Just love California.
What is your favourite activity in Kelowna?
Riding my Harley.
What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
Too many to mention and none that I can talk about.
What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
Just being able to own my own company and be my own boss.

Maple sugaring in the spring while growing up in Quebec.
Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
100 Men Who Give A Damn. Donated towards the Bright Horizons Building Skill Campaign in support of the new Trades and Training Complex at Okanagan College.
If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
The divide between the rich and the poor.
Where would you sneak away to in Kelowna to spend some time alone?
My workshop.
Where would you like to see positive change in Kelowna and why?
More options for affordable housing. Housing costs are becoming unattainable for the next generation. How are the younger generations going to own their own home with the way prices are going?
What do you think makes Kelowna great?
The beauty of the outdoors: the lake, the mountains.
What are 3 things on your bucket list?
1. Buy a Corvette.
2. See the Northern Lights.
3. See Steely Dan in concert, which I am fulfilling in June in Seattle.

I sang in “Up With People,” a singing group.

Why did you get into/start this business?
Always wanted to own my own construction company.
What is the goal of your business?
To always provide the best quality service and product to my clients.
What has been your biggest struggle either at work or in life?
Trying to live up to my own expectations of myself since I am a perfectionist.
If you could start all over again would you do things the same or would things be different?
You always find ways to do better, so yes I would do things differently.
What do you always find yourself saying?
‘Are you having fun yet?’

Love what you do and you will never have to work a day in your life.
If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
Jay Leno. He is a car enthusiast and has an amazing collection of cars.
Why do you think it is important to shop locally?
Yes, important to support the local businesses.
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
My wife and three kids.
