Step Code – Lessons Learned

Course description:

Lessons learned is a polite way of saying we screwed up.  This session will highlight failures big and small, but mostly expensive.  Each is related to one of the key areas of Step Code or the business of producing high performance housing at a reasonable cost for consumers. Join Mark Bernhardt of Bernhardt Contracting as he discusses what NOT to do as it pertains to building a Step-compliant home.
