Did you know that CHBA Central Okanagan is supported by a provincial affiliate that advocates for the residential construction industry to the B.C. Government? Housing supply, approval timelines, rising government fees and taxes for new homes, and Building Code amendments are some of the many issues that the CHBA British Columbia team discusses with the B.C. Government on an ongoing basis. On Thursday, April 27, CHBA BC’s Director of Policy and Government Relations, Carmina Tupe, and Director of Technical & Building Innovation, Pauline Rupp, will be in town to share the latest advocacy news and hear your concerns.
Join us for an evening to discuss our provincial advocacy efforts and what the provincial government should do to help the residential industry thrive and meet the housing needs of tomorrow!
Dinks and appies will be provided.
*2 complimentary drink tickets will be provided per guest. Cash bar available.
This invite is open to all CHBA-CO members and any builders, renovators, or designers considering membership. This event is closed to suppliers and professional service companies that are not CHBA-CO members.
Please note that an RSVP is required for this event.
