Brendon is a second generation, born and raised Kelowna resident that possess over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a Registered Energy Advisor and Sustainable Building Technologist. His past experience ranges from being in the roles of a Project Coordinator, Estimator, Quality Assurance and a Red Seal certified tradesperson.

Delaney maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on contractual and other business disputes. Delaney was born and raised in Saskatchewan. She received a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition) from the University of Saskatchewan and a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. During law school, Delaney volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada for the MS Society of Canada. After completing her articles at Pushor Mitchell, Delaney was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2022.

Sandy Morris is the owner and licensed builder of Sandmor Construction, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential construction. She began her career as a Project Manager/Estimator in electrical contracting before moving into site management, where she gained a full understanding of how homes are built from the ground up. Sandy later managed construction at Tower Ranch in Kelowna, overseeing the completion of 28 homes in just two years. In 2017, she launched Sandmor Construction while also supporting local builders as a Project Manager. Dedicated to advancing women in the trades, Sandy served on the CHBA-CO Board of Directors from 2020–2022, where she founded and chaired the Women in Construction Committee. She continues to be an active member, helping create pathways for young girls and women to enter the industry through mentorship, education, and bursaries.

Kendra Dunn comes from a rich background spanning various industries, bringing a wealth of experience to the Norelco Cabinets team as their Sales Manager. She started her career in retail as a buyer for one of Canada’s largest retailers, quickly climbing the corporate ladder while simultaneously exploring her passion for design and construction through home renovation, flipping, building, and selling homes. This journey has established her as a prominent voice within the residential community in Kelowna for the past ten years. Kendra firmly believes that CHBA's members are the best in the industry and feels privileged to work alongside and support this incredible group of individuals.

Kyle brings over 22 years of experience in the residential construction and home building industry. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects while maintaining a sharp focus on cost efficiency. His expertise spans project management, team leadership, and vendor negotiations, with a particular strength in securing the most cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Kyle is well-known in the industry for his strategic approach to deal-making and his ability to navigate complex construction challenges with practical, result-driven solutions. His deep knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and market dynamics has made him a trusted leader among peers and collaborators. Kyle is interested in serving on the CHBA CO Board of Directors to contribute his industry insights and practical experience to support the CHBA CO’s growth and operational efficiency. He is passionate about helping shape the future of the Association through sound decision- making, strategic planning, and a focus on value-driven results. Kyle looks forward to bringing his hands-on knowledge and problem-solving skills to the Board to help further its mission and long-term success.

Robert has over two decades of experience in construction, working in various markets across Canada, mainly in multi-family housing. He enjoys bringing together different teams to achieve a common vision, from planning to execution, through focus and collaboration. He is passionate about the process that leads to the results. He believes that team and relationships are the key to delivering successful projects to communities. Robert is driven by the desire to build strong, positive, high caliber teams, while offering creative solutions to take endeavors to the next level.

Parsons Family Homes is a custom home builder in Vernon and the greater North Okanagan area. We have a long history in the Vernon area and a reputation for high-quality craftsmanship, creativity, innovation, reliability, and integrity, which has resulted in great success in the Vernon home building industry. This reputation began with its founder, Gavin Parsons, and continues on with his son, Taylor Parsons, who is building on this 50-year history by adding his own energy, enthusiasm and unique style. Taylor skillfully leads his hands-on construction team. Which includes an outstanding team of in-house carpenters and sub-contractors that are equally as passionate about building and renovating.
